I found this number, not sure if its of help ? ....NetZero also offers Free Internet Access. NetZero accounts include e-mail, ... Phone: 1-800-386-5550. Call the number and follow the instructions to cancel ...
I thought you could use the 1800 number for NetZero and then from there, you can ask about switching an account or for the correct 1800 number, if this one doesn't help. I'm sure a representative could help you find the number you need (whether it be a local number or another 1800 number). Let me know if you need anymore help and I will do my best to do a search for what you're looking for. I hope I helped some.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you here? I'm not sure.. OK... So, as for another Internet provider : I'm currently using AOL, but wouldn't really recommend it for high speed quality. I'd definitely recommend Road Runner (reasonable price range) and includes cable (for TV), phone (unlimited, etc), and high speed Internet. High Speed Internet through them is VERY fast from my experience and I would definitely recommend them over ANY other company... They're around 40$ a month and I'm not sure what price range you're looking for and that's what I've had to pay in Texas, but each state is different and varies a little different according to state, but then again, when I moved to Indiana, they do not have RR (Road runner) and I truly cry and miss it. Its just so good... Many find it a low price and are like, Is this a joke, but it really isn't in my view... OK... as for cheapest providers, there is Juno... they're OK and a lot of people love Juno... there is also People PC (but some people don't like the setup), and AIM is free, but as for high speed Internet (I never heard of that an option?)... Phone companies sometimes also have high speed Internet (where you can combine it with your phone bill and that cost 35 range)- you'd have to check with your phone company on this...
Hope I helped.. Let me know if I'm answering your question to the full.

Not sure if this link helps, but they have ISP (internet service providers and 1800 numbers for each provider).
