Did everyone hear?

Did everyone read their email about what has happened to Cavetta? It's so awful that something like that has happened to such a good person; but at least she will be fine; it will just take time. I don't post on this forum; actually I forgot she had made a forum for Iwantfreegifts until i logged onto the site today. We should all give her some get well wishes on this forum! She needs it!!

I spoke with Cavetta on the phone today, and she said that the doctors are confident that the reattachment will take and while she'll have lots of rehab to go thru, she'll be fine. She sounded very tired and worn out, but fine.

I was gonna ask for her address to send her a card, but I didn't know if that would be too personal to ask of? hehe!

I read the updates in the email and she said she has stitches. My dad had his finger cut off too, but they couldn't save the nerves and it grew funny. She will needs lots of treatment and ongoing treatment to make sure it all goes well. I hope she feels better soon. I cannot imagine myself in her position - I know I wouldn't be as calm about it as her, I'd be crying up a storm and she seems so brave about it. I would have been a big baby about having my finger cut off!

Thank you guys...I am trying to get thru it as best as I can...it took so much out of me to post here today but wanted to respond to all of you and stay somewhat active and around...its hard...I cry myself to sleep and cry when I wake up...I still see the image in my head when I looked at my hand and saw parts of fingers hanging by...well almost nothing...sorry to let u all live thru that but I feel comfortable letting u know...
Otherwise I am good...lol still haven't even got my xmas tree up yet...and will be moving in a week...man...the stress...lol...neway I am heading home and will be approving later...I am at the new house with limited internet connection...so go get those offers in...lol almost time to scratch everything off that list...

Yes we are loving it...Its so hard to unpack and stuff...But we are done...We will be redoing the kitchen soon so I am resting for now...lol I will post some pics one o these days
